Are you interested in bringing your trade stand to our show?
Our standard, single pitch, is 6m x 10m and costs £250 for the weekend for militaria and vintage goods and £400 for Limited Pitch Hot and Cold Food Vending. We can also accommodate multi-pitch bookings at extremely competitive rates.

When booking the space you require, please ensure that the site will include any camping or vans that you require to be sited with your trade stand. You are welcome to use the separate camping area, which will be made available to you, free of charge, should your vehicle not fit into the pitch space.

Traders please note, the Suffolk Military Show has a strict policy on the sale of knives. All traders attending the show must comply with Section 141A, Violent Crime Reduction Act, 2006 VCR which prohibits the sale of knives to any person under the age of 18 years. The show will be operating an over 25 policy. All knives must also be displayed and/or stored in locked containers and not on general display.

Please be aware that a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking cost will be charged should you cancel your booking prior to 1st July 2024. This charge is made to cover administration costs. No fees will be refunded should a confirmed booking be cancelled by you after 1 July 2024.
